$150.00

  • Speak with one of our expert technicians regarding an issue, advice on purchasing a new computer, or anything hardware or software related.
  • Consultation may be done onsite or in our office.
  • Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
  • Payment may be made via check, cash, zelle, and venmo.

$45.00 for the first 5 minutes anything more than it will be $150.00 an hour

  • If someone calls us with any Tech Support/tech-related questions on the phone, we charge the following. $45 for the first 5 minutes. Anything more than that will be charged at $150.00 an hour. 
  • Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
  • Payment may be made via check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

$250.00 for flat rate or $150.00 per hour

  • One of our expert technicians will come to the site and perform an assessment and troublshoot the existing system.
  • The technicians will determine the system's health and provide on-hand detailed IT support and advice to bring the system up to par, back online, and faster/better functionality.
  • Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
  • Payment may be made via check, cash, zelle, and venmo.

Base price: $200.00 plus parts and accessories or $175.00 per hour without parts and accessories

  • One of our expert technicians will provide a consultation with full recommendations.
  • The technician will explain to the customer what the issue is and provide a detailed plan on how to fix it.
  • Once a plan is formulated, the technician will perform the necessary repairs and if parts are required, he will provide the customer with a full detailed list of all items required to be purchased.
  • The customer is expected to make the purchase.
  • Repair time varies. In cases where parts are not required the repair may take an hour or two. But if parts are required the repair can take up to two weeks depending on parts availability and delivery times.
  • Upon completion of the repair, VENTUREtech Computer Repair will conduct all necessary testing and arrange delivery to the customer and/or pickup from our office.
  • Payment must be submitted upon completion of the repair.
  • Payment may be made via check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

Base price: $7,000.00 plus parts and accessories or $200.00 per hour


  • One of our expert technicians will go onsite and conduct an assessment.
  • He will then formulate a business plan which will be customized to the client's needs.
  • A services contract will be drawn up and signed by both parties.
  • A 50% deposit is expected prior to starting the job and full payment is expected upon its completion.
  • The standard package includes printer setup and configuration, network configuration either creating a new one  or using an existing network, new or improved security/firewall protocols, remote login (optional).
  • VENTUREtech Computer Repair will conduct continuous IT monitoring to ensure everything stays up to date and is always working properly.
  • Payment may be made via Check, Zelle, and Venmo.
