“Initially, I called VENTUREtech after running into a hardware issue which was restricting my computer from displaying an image on my monitor; after a phone call, Yehuda came over and isolated the issue and suggested I deliver the computer to their office. The technicians would perform a more thorough inspection. It was later deduced that it was suffering from a GPU malfunction. I purchased a new one and they promptly installed it in my computer. After doing some diagnostic testing it was determined by Yehuda that the hard drive failed and that the battery was on its way out. Yehuda recommended a new hard drive and new battery.
